Catalyst Housing appointed Halo – after a multi-agency pitch - to create a name, brand and comprehensive suite of marketing and advertising for the development scheme.
Targeting young professionals working in the centre of London, we did a comprehensive analysis of the current market and competitive set to identify key differentiators for the offer. We also completed audience research to help define a creative approach to capture their attention, and imagination.
We named the development ARRO, creating a distinctive visual identity, bright, bold design, clear personality and tone-of-voice, executed across all brand and marketing deliverables. From onsite signage and wayfinding, printed sales packs, website and multi-channel advertising to promotional film and social media content, Halo created a brand and successful sales campaign in less than three months, from scratch.
The homes sold quickly, performing 17% above target in month one, selling every apartment within nine months of going on sale. We supported the Catalyst sales and marketing teams to plan and execute a series of targeted campaigns, utilising social media, outdoor poster sites and tube train ad-units to reach our audience.
