Aspiration Training is an award winning specialist training provider focused on delivering high-quality apprenticeship programmes in the Dental, Health and Social Care sectors across England and Wales.
The organisation has grown exponentially in the past few years, and approached Halo in 2022 seeking strategic direction for their website and digital experience. Their incumbent website was cluttered with information that wasn’t performing well with either Employers or Learner audiences in either territory.
Strategically built change
We were tasked with defining the right strategic direction and digital solution for Aspiration Training, creating a platform to offer stand-out in a crowded sector while delivering a fluid and intuitive user experience and ultimately digital longevity to their business.
From an extensive research phase, that really got under the skin of the organisation and the needs of their audiences, to detailed and exhaustive UX that created a framework for success; to the expressive design and meticulous website build, it’s 12 months of building a strategy for meaningful, transformative change.
